Postage of samples:

buyer bear the postage of DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS etc or shipping freight. But buyer also can supply a account No of DHL,/UPS/Fedex/EMS to bear the freight collect.

Lead time

1.usually within 3 working days for samples after the receipt of prepaying money.
2.usually within 7 working days for bulk order after the receipt of deposit.
But the exact time of delivery must depand on the actual produce condition of idiographic product at that time.

Transportation:

If FOB, we can help you to arrange the relative shipping matters, also you can specify shipping agent.
CIF, CNF.etc.

Insurance & Refund Policy:

If express (Jerseys, retro card, any of them ) lost on the road, so how can we hep you for continue business!

 If your Jerseys and their accessories lost on the road , Please tell us, then we will free send out your Jerseys and accessories (Original  retro card) .

We will confirm you will receive all of your Jerseys and accessories. else we will refund the money for your lost.
 
2. Shipping By sea/boat  

Shipping by sea/boat need you go to your customs for clearance customs.

If you can not clearance the customs, the Jerseys will take by customs in your country. but if you pay more 5usd/pcs for insurance before our shipping, we will clearance the customs for you, so you just need stay home for wait Jerseys arrive.
